How Do I Meet the Challenge?
1. Join the Challenge
2. Complete at least 36 tasks (maximum 6 per week) within a 6 to 12 week period.
3. Get at least 36 accessories for your beach scene. (You get your first accessory just for starting the challenge).

How Does the Shorts Size Calculator Work?
The calculator uses your current size along with other average information to work out how long it's likely to take you to reach your target size, in the quickest way whilst still maintaining healthy calorie levels. The calculator assumes you are a fairly average 'moderately sedentary' person of age 35. If you would like to see a more accurate goal date based on your actual numbers and chosen rate of loss, you can take a free trial of the WLR tools.
