Tracey's Chicken and Coleslaw Salad

Ingredients

  • 80g Chicken, Breast, Roast, without Skin, Average
  • 1 Slice/36g Bread, Wholemeal, Batch, Loaf, Allinson
  • 80g Salad, Baby Leaf with Watercress, Tesco
  • 30g Coleslaw, Finest, Tesco

Method

  1. Put the salad in a bowl, add the coleslaw and mix it up till the salad leaves are coated. 
  2. Toast the bread.
  3. Serve with the chicken.
