Tracey's Boiled Egg Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 Slice/36g Bread, Wholemeal, Batch, Loaf, Allinson
  • 3g Sauce, Brown, HP
  • 1 Egg/50g Eggs, Medium, Boiled, Average, Weight with Shell

Method

  1. Add egg to a pan of boiling water, boil for 8 minutes (I like my eggs quite well cooked).
  2. Toast the bread, add a little squirt of brown sauce to spice it up a bit.
