 proper portions of yummy-ness!

these recipes are full of taste and great flavours. I've found them easy to make and also unlike some 'diet' recipes they are a proper size meal that leaves you satisfied. I can recommend this book :-)

What they claim is exactly what you get - simple, fad free recipes that are quick and easy to prepare but also tasty, healthy and calorie counted. I like the ringbinding style too, much easier to use when cooking.
