  • 10g rocket, fresh
  • 50g cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • ½ garlic clove
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 salmon fillet, cooked

Make a salad with the spinach, rocket, cucumber and tomato and arrange on a plate.

Combine the garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and a small pinch each of salt and pepper to make a dressing.
