Chicken Noodle Soup

Noodles in soup is one of my personal favourites. They're so simple to add, but make our classic chicken soup so much more interesting

Ingredients
- 3 stock cubes, chicken
- 1.5L water
- 1 large carrot
- 2 celery stalks
- 200g chicken breast
- 160g egg noodles, thread
- 2g sea salt
Method
- Mix up stock from cubes and water. Slice up the carrot and celery.
- Dry fry carrot and celery together with the chicken breast until browned.
- Add the veggies and chicken into the stock and bring to the boil, simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add in the noodles for the last 5 minutes and serve.
