The really simple combination of flavoursome pears, tangy lime juice and
warming cinnamon - made this one of our favourite. Fresh, fruity and lovely.

  • 4 Lge/836g Pears, Conference, Average
  • 60ml Juice, Apple, Del Monte
  • ¼ Tsp/0.75g Cinnamon, Ground, Average
  • 1 Lime Juiced/50ml Juice, Lime, Fresh, Average


  1. Peel the pears and remove the pips.
  2. Take all the ingredients and blend with apple juice, juice of a lime and cinnamon.
  3. Pour into 4 ornate glasses with some fresh mint and a cinnamon stick.

Looks good & tastes good!!!
