A really colourful smoothie - bursting with fruit and full of taste. The sweetness of the blueberries and bananas really compliments the tang of the kiwi - truly delicious!

Mid Morning Boost Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 75g Blueberries
  • 5 Strawberries
  • 100ml Pomegranate juice

Method

  1. Peel the banana;
  2. Halve and scoop out flesh from kiwi;
  3. Remove stems from blueberries;
  4. Hull the strawberries.
  5. Pop all the fruit and pomegranate juice into a blender/smoothie maker and whizz til smooth.
