  • 40g strawberries
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 75g blueberries
  • 150ml pomegranate juice


  1. Wash and remove the stalks off the strawberries then chop.
  2. Peel and chop the bananas into chunks.
  3. Peel and chop the kiwi.
  4. Wash the blueberries.
  5. Place all the chopped ingredients to blender along with blueberries and pomegranate juice and blend for 5 mins.
