Ingredients

  • 1 Mango/207g Mango, Ripe, Raw, without Peel & Stone, Flesh Only, Average
  • 1 Lge/126g Banana, Raw, Flesh Only, Average
  • 2 Fruits/60g Passion Fruit, Raw, Fresh, Average
  • 3 Kiwis/180g Kiwi Fruit, Fresh, Raw, Flesh & Seeds, Average
  • 100ml Juice, Apple, Pure, Morrisons

Method

Preparation:

Peel and remove stone from mango, cut into small chunks.
Peel the banana and cut into small chunks
Peel and chop the passion fruit into small chunks.
Peel and chop the kiwi fruit into small chunks

Method:

Place all the chopped fruit and the apple juice into a blender and wiz until smooth.
