Tropical Kiwi, Mango and Coconut Smoothie

A sharp and tangy smoothie with a good balance of flavours and full of taste. The passion fruits add an extra boost to the flavour and make it look great too!

A Mango Moment Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Passion Fruits
  • 3 Kiwis
  • 100ml Pure Apple Juice (no added sugar)

Method

  1. Peel the mango and remove flesh from stone (how to prepare a mango);
  2. Peel banana;
  3. Halve the passion fruits and scoop seeds out;
  4. Halve the kiwis and scoop out the flesh.
  5. Pop all the fruits with the juice into a blender/smoothie maker and whizz until smooth.
