Tropical Kiwi, Mango and Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 Kiwi fruits
  • 1 Mango
  • 100ml Coconut milk
  • 75ml live natural yogurt
  • 2 tsp honey (optional to taste)

Method

  1. Halve the kiwi fruits and scoop out the flesh;
  2. Peel the mango and remove flesh from stone (how to prepare a mango);
  3. Pop the fruit into your blender/smoothie maker along with the coconut milk, yogurt and honey and blend until smooth.
