Ginger that Mango Smoothie

- 3 Mangos/621g Mango, Ripe, Raw, without Peel & Stone, Flesh Only, Average
- 100g Peach, Raw, Weighed with Stone, Average
- 300g Pineapple, Raw, Flesh Only, Average
- 2g Ginger, Root, Raw, Unprepared, Average
- 1 Portion/100g Grapes, Seedless, White, Tesco
Peel and remove stone from mango, cut into small chunks.
Peel and remove stone from peach, cut into small chunks.
Peel and chop the pineapple into small chunks.
Peel and grate the ginger.
Wash the grapes.
Place all the ingredients into a blender add ice, if desired.Blend until smooth.
Serve in 3 glasses.
