A great little side dish that works well with virtually all Indian Dishes, balancing the heat with something a little cooler. Also makes a good, low fat, party dip.

Ingredients
- 360g cucumber
- t tsp dried mint
- 150g natural low fat yogurt
Method
- Finely chop the cucumber and mint, then mix together. Leave to stand for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the yoghurt just before serving.
