Low Calorie Strawberry, Banana and Ginger Smoothie

By the wlr team

This healthy, low calorie smoothie has been selected to keep your weight loss on track. The ginger will add a nice warming flavour without sabotaging the calories.

Known for its immune-boosting and stomach-settling abilities, ginger has been shown to be effective in treating nausea from a number of causes.  It may also help relieve intestinal gas and speed up digestion, hence its popularity as an ingredient in many healthy low calorie recipes.

Strawberries and bananas, like other fresh fruit, are relatively low in calories, making this smoothie great for your diet.
