Banana and Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

- 150g blueberries
- 1 banana
- 220ml pineapple juice
- Peel the banana and wash the blueberries.
- Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Some people may find this a little sharp (depending on the sweetness of the pineapple juice) add a little sugar or sweetener if you want more sweetness, and blend for a little while longer.
