Chicken, Spinach and Pepper Wrap

Ingredients
- 1 wholemeal tortilla wrap
- 70g baby spinach
- 2g fresh parsley
- ½ red pepper
- ½ green pepper
- ½ garlic clove
- A pinch cayenne pepper
- 100g chicken breast, cooked
Method
- Slice up the chicken breast and mix with the garlic, parsley, spinach and cayenne pepper.
- Then slice up the Capsicum peppers.
- Add the peppers to the chicken mix and place in the wrap.
