With pastrami and sundried tomatoes this salad is full of flavour

Leafy Salad with Pastrami and Mozzarella

Ingredients

  • 100g Leafy Salad with Tatsoi, Somerfield*
  • 1 Pack/100g Pastrami, American Style, Somerfield*
  • 125g Cheese, Mozzarella, Good Intentions, Somerfield*
  • 150g Cherry Tomatoes on the Vine, Best Ever, Somerfield*
  • 100g Radishes
  • 28g Sun Dried Tomatoes, Sacla*
  • 28g Black Pitted Olives in Brine, Tesco*
  • 1 Red Chilli, Medium Strength

Method

  1. Finely chop the sun dried tomatoes and olives and put into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Cut each cherry tomato into four, then add these to the bowl.
  3. Top and tail the radishes then thinly slice and add to the bowl.
  4. Break up the mozarella into small pieces with your fingers into the bowl.
  5. Finely chop the chilli then add to the mixture.
  6. Mix up well then add the bag of leafy salad and mix again. Then serve & enjoy!
