Ingredients

  • 100g Courgette, Raw, Average
  • ½ Med/80g Peppers, Red, Raw, Unprepared, Average
  • 50g Broccoli, Florets, Asda
  • 96g Eggs, Whites Only, Raw, Average
  • 10 Sprays/2ml Oil, Sunflower, Spray, Fry Light
  • 4Lbs/1816g Cauliflower, Raw, Asda
  • 1 Clove/3g Garlic, Raw, Average

Method

Stir fry all the veggies until starting to brown then add the whisked egg white (i add a few drops of water to the egg white) and leave to cook for 5 mins. Then pop under a hot grill for a few mins to brown the top.
