Scrambled Tofu with Mushrooms & Tomatoes Recipe
This recipe is for anybody who doesn’t eat eggs. Try this twist on a classic breakfast and enjoy the fact that it tastes amazing and is still low calorie. Dig in!

- 1 Pack/250g Tofu, Average
- 4oz/112g Mushrooms, Common, Raw, Average
- 364g Tomatoes, Fresh, Raw, Average
- 1 Tblsp/15ml Sauce, Tabasco, Tabasco
Briefly sauté the mushrooms and tomatoes in a pan.
Crumble in the tofu and season with black pepper and tabasco sauce. Cook over a high heat until everything is piping hot.
Serve with 1 slice rye toast.
