Quick Margherita Skinny Pizza

A twist on classic margherita pizza - this recipe French stick instead of pizza base, making it super quick to make. Using reduced fat mozzarella keeps it under 300 calories too.

- 60g French stick
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- ¼ tsp mixed herbs
- ½ ball reduced fat mozzarella (62.5g)
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- Cut the French stick in half and spread with the tomato puree.
- Sprinkle on the herbs and top with the thinly sliced mozzarella and halved tomatoes.
- Grill until lightly browned and bubbling.
