A nice vegetarian addition to any bbq, these pesto kebabs and cheap and quick to make! At only 123 calories each, you’ll have calories spare for a nice pudding!

Ingredients
- 1 Sm Onion/90g Onions, Raw, Average
- 50g Onions, Red, Raw, Average
- 1 Med/160g Peppers, Yellow, Raw, Unprepared, Average
- 100g Courgette, Raw, Average
- 48g Pesto, Sauce, Green, Classic, Sacla
- 1 Tsp/5ml Oil, Olive, Average
Method
1. Peel the onions then chop them the courgette and peppers into chunks.2. Skewer them onto your kebab.
3. Mix a little pesto with olive oil and spread over the veg then pop on the bbq; basting with the left over sauce.
