A nice vegetarian addition to any bbq, these pesto kebabs and cheap and quick to make! At only 123 calories each, you’ll have calories spare for a nice pudding!

  • 1 Sm Onion/90g Onions, Raw, Average
  • 50g Onions, Red, Raw, Average
  • 1 Med/160g Peppers, Yellow, Raw, Unprepared, Average
  • 100g Courgette, Raw, Average
  • 48g Pesto, Sauce, Green, Classic, Sacla
  • 1 Tsp/5ml Oil, Olive, Average


1. Peel the onions then chop them the courgette and peppers into chunks.

2. Skewer them onto your kebab.

3. Mix a little pesto with olive oil and spread over the veg then pop on the bbq; basting with the left over sauce.
