Sardine Pate Recipe
This fishy pate is delicious on crackers or on toast and is the perfect low carb snack. It only takes 15 minutes to make so this recipe is sure to become a household staple.

- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 5g tomato puree
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2g cayenne pepper
- 5 tinned sardines
