  • 180g red onion
  • 15ml red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 5g tomato puree
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2g cayenne pepper
  • 5 tinned sardines

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend.
