Mushrooms In Oyster Gravy Recipe
A great dish to accompany any meal and for if you want to try something a little different! This recipe is super quick and easy and less than 90 calories !

- 250g Mushrooms, Button, Raw, Average
- 120g Sauce, Oyster & Spring Onion, Stir Fry, Blue Dragon
MethodHalve or quarter the mushrooms, depending on your preference and their size. Wash them off well in cold water in a colander, and then add them, still wet (that's important!) to a large non-stick pan and put onto a hot ring. When they start to sizzle, give them a shake or a good stir. Keep doing that until they look a bit wilted and cooked - it won't take too long, and the water will be all but gone, though the mushrooms might be still producing their own juice. Don't worry, that's fine. Add the whole pouch of sauce and keep stirring until bubbling - then turn the ring off, put the lid on, and leave them until you're ready to eat! They'll keep hot and gorgeous for quite some time - but do make sure it's a good, non stick pan!
