Low Fat Mayonnaise Recipe

  • 45ml low fat mayonnaise
  • 45g low fat plain yoghurt
  • 15ml fresh lemon juice
  • ΒΌ tsp salt


  1. Stir the low-fat mayo and the low-fat yoghurt together, and then add the lemon juice, stirring all the time.
  2. Season.

Try adding 1 teaspoon of curry paste to spice it up.
