- 45ml low fat mayonnaise
- 45g low fat plain yoghurt
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- ¼ tsp salt
- Stir the low-fat mayo and the low-fat yoghurt together, and then add the lemon juice, stirring all the time.
Try adding 1 teaspoon of curry paste to spice it up.
