- 5g Garam Masala, Dry, Ground, Average
- 1 Tsp/2g Cumin, Seeds, Whole, Average
- 3g Garlic, Raw, Average
MethodMash the tofu in a bowl.
Chop the garlic and add to tofu.
Stir in the other ingredients.
Keep covered in the fridge.
