  • 1 Pack/250g Tofu, Average
  • 5g Garam Masala, Dry, Ground, Average
  • 1 Tsp/2g Cumin, Seeds, Whole, Average
  • 3g Garlic, Raw, Average


Mash the tofu in a bowl.

Chop the garlic and add to tofu.

Stir in the other ingredients.

Keep covered in the fridge.
