Vegan Banana Bread

Banana bread has always been one of my favourite afternoon snacks. Served with a cup of tea when you get in from work... delicious!
Suitable for Vegans.

Ingredients
- 3 large bananas
- 75ml sunflower oil
- 100g soft brown sugar
- 225g flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 3 tsp cinnamon
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200C
- Mash the bananas thoroughly and mix with oil and sugar.
- Add the flour, baking powder and cinnamon, stir together until well combined.
- Bake in a greased loaf tin until a skewer comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
*If the loaf is browning too early cover with tin foil.
