Vegan Banana Bread

Banana bread has always been one of my favourite afternoon snacks. Served with a cup of tea when you get in from work... delicious!

Suitable for Vegans.

Ingredients

  • 3 large bananas
  • 75ml sunflower oil
  • 100g soft brown sugar
  • 225g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tsp cinnamon

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C
  2. Mash the bananas thoroughly and mix with oil and sugar.
  3. Add the flour, baking powder and cinnamon, stir together until well combined.
  4. Bake in a greased loaf tin until a skewer comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool before slicing.


*If the loaf is browning too early cover with tin foil.
