Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 40g mango, frozen
  • 25g spinach
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 250ml apple juice

  1. Blitz the banana, mango, spinach, kiwi and apple juice in a blender until a smooth consistency.
