Quinoa Fruit Salad

We know this sounds a little unorthodox, but trust us, its delicious and a great way to get some extra protein and up your daily fruit content.

Suitable for Vegetarians.

  • 70g quinoa
  • 10 strawberries
  • 1 kiwi
  • ½ orange
  • 20 blueberries
  • 40g pomegranate seeds
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 100ml orange juice
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 2 tsp honey


  1. Prepare the quinoa according to the instructions, when cooked place in the fridge to cool completely.
  2. Slice the strawberries, kiwi and orange and layer in two jars with the quinoa and the rest of the fruit and mint, place in the fridge while making the dressing.
  3. Mix orange juice, lime juice and honey in a bowl until the honey is mixed in. Drizzle onto fruit salad before eating.

*To make this vegan just swap the honey for a syrup of your choice
