Upgrade your mushrooms on toast by adding a few simple ingredients that you''ll already have at home.

  • 2 slices bread
  • 10 sprays sunflower oil
  • 50g mushrooms
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp parsley, fresh
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper


  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Heat a frying pan and spray with oil, add the mushrooms into the pan. Cook for a few minutes while you crush/finely chop the garlic. Add in the garlic and fry until mushrooms are cooked and garlic is fragrant.
  3. Add in chopped parsley, serve on top of toast and season to taste with salt and pepper.
