Mushrooms on Toast

Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 10 sprays sunflower oil
- 50g mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp parsley, fresh
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Method
- Toast the bread.
- Heat a frying pan and spray with oil, add the mushrooms into the pan. Cook for a few minutes while you crush/finely chop the garlic. Add in the garlic and fry until mushrooms are cooked and garlic is fragrant.
- Add in chopped parsley, serve on top of toast and season to taste with salt and pepper.
