Eat your greens with this delicious wrap. Packed full of nearly all your daily F&V content and super versatile, you can add in whatever you like.

  • 50g mushrooms
  • ½ green pepper
  • 40g green beans
  • 4 asparagus spears
  • 10 sprays sunflower oil
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 green chilli
  • 2 tortilla wraps
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper


  1. Slice the mushrooms and peppers, roughly chop the green beans. Cut the ends off the asparagus and half them.
  2. Heat the spray oil in large pan, add in the mushrooms, cook for a few minutes. When the mushrooms are starting to sweat add in the asparagus, peppers and green beans and season.
  3. Stir and cook for a minute or two.
  4. Meanwhile slice the avocado and green chilli. Add the sliced chilli to the pan and stir.
  5. Pile all of the greens and mushrooms into a wrap, add sliced avocado and squeeze over lime juice.
