Ingredients
- 50g mushrooms
- ½ green pepper
- 40g green beans
- 4 asparagus spears
- 10 sprays sunflower oil
- ½ avocado
- 1 green chilli
- 2 tortilla wraps
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
Method
- Slice the mushrooms and peppers, roughly chop the green beans. Cut the ends off the asparagus and half them.
- Heat the spray oil in large pan, add in the mushrooms, cook for a few minutes. When the mushrooms are starting to sweat add in the asparagus, peppers and green beans and season.
- Stir and cook for a minute or two.
- Meanwhile slice the avocado and green chilli. Add the sliced chilli to the pan and stir.
- Pile all of the greens and mushrooms into a wrap, add sliced avocado and squeeze over lime juice.
