Top your favourite bagel with some cottage cheese and a couple sliced tomatoes, herbs and a pinch of black pepper. Simple, but delicious!

  • 1 bagel
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 20g cream cheese, reduced fat
  • 1 tsp chives, fresh
  • ½ tbsp parsley, fresh
  • 1 pinch black pepper


  1. Slice the bagel in half and toast. Slice the tomatoes in half.
  2. Top the bagel with cream cheese, sliced tomatoes and chopped herbs. Add a pinch of black pepper to taste.

*To make this vegan swap the cream cheese for a non dairy alternative.
