Herby Tomato & Cheese Bagel

Top your favourite bagel with some cottage cheese and a couple sliced tomatoes, herbs and a pinch of black pepper. Simple, but delicious!

- 1 bagel
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 20g cream cheese, reduced fat
- 1 tsp chives, fresh
- ½ tbsp parsley, fresh
- 1 pinch black pepper
- Slice the bagel in half and toast. Slice the tomatoes in half.
- Top the bagel with cream cheese, sliced tomatoes and chopped herbs. Add a pinch of black pepper to taste.
*To make this vegan swap the cream cheese for a non dairy alternative.
