Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 80g summer fruits, frozen
  • 75ml milk, semi skimmed
  • 50g ice cream, vanilla

Method

  1. Blitz the banana, summer berries, milk and ice cream in a blender until smooth.
  2.  Serve immediately.

 

*To make this vegan substitute non dairy milk and ice cream instead.
