- 1 small tomato
- ½ avocado
- ½ red chilli
- 1 sm bunch coriander leaves, fresh
- 1 tortilla wrap
- 40g salad
- 25g tortilla chips
- 15g sweetcorn relish
- Chop the tomato, avocado, and chilli place in a bowl with the coriander and stir to mix.
- In a wrap put the mixed leaves, tortilla chips, and avocado and tomato mixture. Top with the relish, wrap and enjoy.
