Make up a wrap filled with fresh tomato salsa, avocado, salad and some tortilla chips to add a nice crunchy texture. 

Suitable for Vegans.

  • 1 small tomato
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ red chilli
  • 1 sm bunch coriander leaves, fresh
  • 1 tortilla wrap
  • 40g salad
  • 25g tortilla chips
  • 15g sweetcorn relish


  1. Chop the tomato, avocado, and chilli place in a bowl with the coriander and stir to mix.
  2. In a wrap put the mixed leaves, tortilla chips, and avocado and tomato mixture. Top with the relish, wrap and enjoy.
