Turkey in Black Bean Sauce with Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • ½ medium green pepper
  • ½ medium red pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 130g turkey breast
  • 45g stir in black bean sauce
  • 100g medium wholewheat noodles

Method

  1. Peel and chop the onion.
  2. Prepare and chop the halves of pepper.
  3. Peel and crush the garlic.
  4. Cut the turkey into strips.
  5. Spray a non-stick frying pan or wok with a spray oil, heat, and fry the onion and garlic until soft.
  6. Add the turkey and cook until brown. Stir in the red and green pepper and fry until the turkey is cooked. Stir in the black bean sauce and heat through.
  7. Serve with wholewheat noodles, cooked according to the pack instructions.
