Marinated Turkey Steaks Recipe

Turkey isn’t only for Christmas! Try this low calorie marinated turkey steak recipe served up with some rainbow veg and mash as a filling dinner. This recipe is not only low calorie, but also low in carbs!

Ingredients
- 7g Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon peel
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh tarragon
- 2 turkey breasts
Method
Mix together the marinade ingredients.
Put the turkey steaks in a shallow dish and cover with the marinade. Cover the dish and leave in the fridge for at least half an hour, turning the steaks occasionally.
Take out the turkey steaks, saving the marinade, and grill for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally, and brushing with the marinade.
Good with cauliflower mash and steamed rainbow veg.
