Mini Marshmallow Chocolate Brownies

These mini marshmallow brownies are only 102 calories per serving and only take half an hour to make! A great recipe to make with the kids, or even on your own for a nice low fat chocolate snack!

Ingredients

  • 75g Sugar, Caster, Average
  • 75g Flour, Plain, Average
  • 75g Cocoa Powder, Cadbury
  • 100g Marshmallows, Average
  • ½ Tsp/1g Baking Powder, Average
  • 1g Salt, Table, Average
  • 160g Eggs, Whites Only, Raw, Average
  • 1 Tbsp/13g Vanilla Extract, Average

Method

Preheat the oven to 190C/375F/gas mark 5.

Grease a 20x30cm baking tin.

Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into a bowl, add the salt and mix together.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and then beat in the sugar. Add the vanilla extract and then mix in the marshmallows. Then pour mixture into cocoa powder mixture and mix together.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tin and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until firm to touch.

Allow to cool before cutting equally into 12 pieces and removing from the tin.
