Skinny Eton Mess Recipe

If you want an easy to make, low calorie dessert for yourself or family and friends, you’ve come to the right place! This beautiful Eton mess recipe is the perfect light dessert after a big meal. Not only will this pudding only take you 10 minutes to make, but it’s also very low in fat.

Ingredients
- 300g light fromage frais
- 6 tsp icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 15 strawberries
- 45g meringue
Method
- Put the fromage frais in a bowl, add the icing sugar and vanilla essence. Mix until smooth.
- Quarter the strawberries and add to the bowl.
- Break the meringues into bite-sized chunks and add to the bowl.
- Spoon the mixture into sundae dishes and serve immediately.
