Amaretto Fruit Crumble Recipe

A little change from classic crumbles, this low calorie dessert incorporates peach, strawberries and raspberries! Sprinkle some lovely Italian amaretto biscuits on top for soft crumble top.

Ingredients
- 157g peach
- 100g strawberries
- 100g raspberries
- 80g white sugar
- 50g Amaretti
- 20ml Greek yoghurt
Method
- Slice the fruit then mix it together with sugar and put in a suitable serving dish.
- Crush the amaretto biscuits and sprinkle them on top then pour over the yogurt.
- Chill before serving.
