  • 150g parsnip
  • 150g baby carrots
  • 100g leeks
  • 10g chicken stock cubes
  • 70g dry quinoa


  1. Chop all the veg and throw all the ingredients in a pressure cooker with about 2 pints of water.
  2. Cook for 45 minutes.
  3. Liquidise and season to taste.
