- 150g parsnip
- 150g baby carrots
- 100g leeks
- 10g chicken stock cubes
- 70g dry quinoa
- Chop all the veg and throw all the ingredients in a pressure cooker with about 2 pints of water.
- Cook for 45 minutes.
- Liquidise and season to taste.
