  • 120g potatoes
  • 15 sprays of extra virgin olive oil spray

Preheat oven to 230°C / Gas Mark 8 / 450°F

  1. Cut the potatoes into chips; boil in unsalted water for 5 minutes and drain. Dry thoroughly.
  2. Place on a baking tray, spray with oil and bake for 25 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
