Creamy scrambled eggs are a perfect compliment to fibre rich rye sourdough. A nice hot breakfast to start your day.

Ingredients

  • 2 Med Eggs
  • 1 Tbsp Milk
  • 2 Sm Slices Rye Sourdough Bread (50g)
  • 1 Tsp Chives
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 10g Butter

Method

  1. Finely chop the chives.
  2. Whisk together the eggs with the milk, chives, and a pinch black pepper.
  3. Toast the bread.
  4. In a small non-stick pan melt the butter. Add the egg mixture to the pan, stirring continuously until cooked to your liking.
  5. Serve on the toasted bread with a pinch of salt.
