Creamy Scramble on Rye

Ingredients
- 2 Med Eggs
- 1 Tbsp Milk
- 2 Sm Slices Rye Sourdough Bread (50g)
- 1 Tsp Chives
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- 10g Butter
Method
- Finely chop the chives.
- Whisk together the eggs with the milk, chives, and a pinch black pepper.
- Toast the bread.
- In a small non-stick pan melt the butter. Add the egg mixture to the pan, stirring continuously until cooked to your liking.
- Serve on the toasted bread with a pinch of salt.
