Cranberry Sauce Recipe
The perfect sauce to make in time for Christmas! This super low fat, quick and easy cranberry sauce can be whipped up in just 15 minutes!

- 10g raw ginger root
- 160g fresh oranges without Peel
- 225g fresh cranberries
- 125g demerara sugar
- 30ml port
Method1. Peel and chop the ginger.
2. Zest the orange.
3. Place the cranberries, sugar, orange zest and ginger into a pan. Heat gently until the sugar has dissolved.
4. Simmer for 5 minutes until the cranberries pop and the sauce thickens. Stir in the port.
5. Check the sweetness then pour into a serving dish.
