Chilli sauce goes well with almost everything if you like your food spicy! This super high fiber sauce recipe can be used with chilli con carne, Bolognese or any pasta/rice dish. Packed with flavor and a variety of ingredients, you can’t go wrong!

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 60g onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 50g carrots
  • 26.6g celery
  • 200g tinned chopped tomatoes
  • 0.33 tbsp tomato puree
  • 0.83g white sugar
  • 50g turkey mince
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 100g tinned red kidney beans
  • 1 medium baking potato


  1. Use the left over Bolognese sauce from Day 5 Dinner and add to it 1 tsp hot chilli powder and red kidney beans.
  2. Heat through for 15 minutes.
  3. Serve over a hot baked potato
