A great quick and easy lunch that’s sure to hit the spot. This salmon and cream cheese sandwich is low in calories and a great lunch to take to work, or prepare and take on a day out with friends.

Ingredients

  • 25g watercress
  • 106.5g canned red salmon
  • 50g white bread
  • 30g reduced fat cream cheese

Method

  1. Rinse the watercress and drain and flake the salmon.
  2. Spread both slices of bread with cream cheese. Add the salmon flakes on top.
  3. Sprinkle on the black pepper and top with watercress before putting the bread together.
