- 1 sandwich
- 32g cucumber
- 68g tomatoes
- 44g romaine lettuce
- 1 wholemeal pitta bread
- 4 slices wafer thin ham
- 2 tsp reduced calorie light mayonnaise
- Slice cucumber and tomato, shred the lettuce.
- Toast the pitta pocket in toaster or under grill for 1 minute, split and fill with lettuce, ham, cucumber, tomato and mayo.
