These pitta pockets can be whipped up in around 10 minutes and are a perfect on the go snack. So low in calories, just imagine what you could have for dinner.

  • 32g cucumber
  • 68g tomatoes
  • 44g romaine lettuce
  • 1 wholemeal pitta bread
  • 4 slices wafer thin ham
  • 2 tsp reduced calorie light mayonnaise


  1. Slice cucumber and tomato, shred the lettuce.
  2. Toast the pitta pocket in toaster or under grill for 1 minute, split and fill with lettuce, ham, cucumber, tomato and mayo.
