Ingredients
32g cucumber
68g tomatoes
44g romaine lettuce
1 wholemeal pitta bread
4 slices wafer thin ham
2 tsp reduced calorie light mayonnaise
Method
Slice cucumber and tomato, shred the lettuce.
Toast the pitta pocket in toaster or under grill for 1 minute, split and fill with lettuce, ham, cucumber, tomato and mayo.
