Mozzarella, Pesto & Cherry Tomato Baguette Recipe
If you fancy a quick and easy lunch or light dinner this baguette will do perfectly! Serve with some fries or a salad with low fat dressing if you have the calories spare!

- 80g white baguette
- 40g mozzarella
- 30g cherry tomatoes
- 10g red pesto
- Slice the baguette in half. Slice the mozzarella. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
- Spread the cut surfaces of the baguette with pesto.
- Lay on the mozzarella and arrange the cherry tomatoes over the top. Sprinkle some black pepper before closing the baguette.
