Cream Cheese & Smoked Ham Bagel Recipe
Sometimes a quick fix is all you need. This quick and easy bagel is a great simple idea for lunch, or something a little different for breakfast.

- Calories: 293
- 1 bagel
- 10g watercress
- 14g cucumber
- 25g smoked ham
- 50g low fat cream cheese
- Slice the bagel in half and toast in toaster.
- Rinse the watercress. Slice cucumber.
- Lay the ham over bottom half of bagel. Spread the cream cheese evenly on underside of top half of bagel.
- Top the ham with the sliced cucumber and watercress and put top on bagel.
