For a super quick and easy lunch, try out this low calorie chicken and houmous wrap! Stuff with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and other salad to add a crunch!

  • 10g iceberg lettuce
  • 85g tomatoes
  • 14g cucumber
  • 40g roast chicken breast
  • 30g reduced fat houmous
  • 1 tortilla

  1. Shred the lettuce. Slice the tomato and cucumber. Finely slice or dice the chicken.
  2. Spread the houmous over the wrap. Arrange the chicken slices/pieces on top, along the centre of the wrap.
  3. Place on the lettuce, cucumber and tomato and sprinkle with pepper to taste.
  4. Roll tortilla over filling. Slice in half and serve.
