Chicken & Houmous Wrap Recipe
For a super quick and easy lunch, try out this low calorie chicken and houmous wrap! Stuff with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and other salad to add a crunch!

- 10g iceberg lettuce
- 85g tomatoes
- 14g cucumber
- 40g roast chicken breast
- 30g reduced fat houmous
- 1 tortilla

- Shred the lettuce. Slice the tomato and cucumber. Finely slice or dice the chicken.
- Spread the houmous over the wrap. Arrange the chicken slices/pieces on top, along the centre of the wrap.
- Place on the lettuce, cucumber and tomato and sprinkle with pepper to taste.
- Roll tortilla over filling. Slice in half and serve.
