Cheese & Tuna Panini Recipe

For a quick and easy lunch this tuna and cheese panini should hit the spot! If you’d like the make your panini with fewer calories, you just need to use low fat mayonnaise and use half the cheese suggested!

Ingredients
- 1 white panini
- 8g low fat spread
- ½ can tuna chunks in sunflower oil, drained
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 grated soft mozzarella
Method
- Cut the panini roll in half, lightly spread margarine on both halves.
- Take the tuna and mix in small bowl with mayonnaise, put the tuna and mayonnaise onto the flat side of the cut panini roll.
- Add the grated mozzarella cheese on top, put into a panini press or a George Foreman grill for roughly 3 mins, then eat.
You can reduce the calories if you use reduced fat mayonnaise and half fat mozzarella cheese.
