Brie, Grape & Watercress Baguette Recipe

Enjoy this beautiful quick lunch recipe with the amazing combo of brie and grapes. Place the baguette in the oven before preparing so the cheese begins to melt!

Ingredients

  • 80g part baked baguette
  • 40g half fat brie
  • 25g green grapes
  • 10g watercress
  • 7g low fat spread

Method

  1. Buy a part baked baguette while this is cooking in the oven slice some half fat brie, some green seedless grapes and wash some watercress.
  2. When the baguette is cooked slice in half and spread a small layer of low fat spread in it.
  3. Place the brie, grapes and watercress into the bread while it is still warm... Yummy!!!
