Enjoy this beautiful quick lunch recipe with the amazing combo of brie and grapes. Place the baguette in the oven before preparing so the cheese begins to melt!

Ingredients
- 80g part baked baguette
- 40g half fat brie
- 25g green grapes
- 10g watercress
- 7g low fat spread
Method
- Buy a part baked baguette while this is cooking in the oven slice some half fat brie, some green seedless grapes and wash some watercress.
- When the baguette is cooked slice in half and spread a small layer of low fat spread in it.
- Place the brie, grapes and watercress into the bread while it is still warm... Yummy!!!
