Banana, Honey & Cottage Cheese Sandwich Recipe

  • ½ medium banana
  • 2 slices medium wholemeal bread
  • 15g pure clear honey
  • 20g cottage cheese


  1. Peel and slice up a firm just ripe banana.
  2. On 2 slices of wholemeal bread: spread 1 slice with a thin layer of honey and the other slice with a thin layer of cottage cheese.
  3. Place the banana on top of the slice with cottage cheese and then unite with the slice with honey on top.
