Banana, Honey & Cottage Cheese Sandwich Recipe

- ½ medium banana
- 2 slices medium wholemeal bread
- 15g pure clear honey
- 20g cottage cheese
- Peel and slice up a firm just ripe banana.
- On 2 slices of wholemeal bread: spread 1 slice with a thin layer of honey and the other slice with a thin layer of cottage cheese.
- Place the banana on top of the slice with cottage cheese and then unite with the slice with honey on top.
